If you're selling with Redfin and are having trouble viewing your Owner Dashboard, here's a few things that may help.
The first thing you need to check is that you’re on a computer looking at the full website. This feature is not yet available on the mobile site or Redfin apps. The next thing is that you are logged into the correct account. To do this you will want to go Redfin.com and log in. Hover your cursor over your name in the top right-hand corner and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
Here you’ll see your name and email address and other account details and you'll want to verify that the email address listed here matches the email address in which you received the deal room link. If not, then you’re logged into the wrong account and will want to sign out and log back with the correct email address.
If you never received the email with a link to your Dashboard or, you deleted it by accident try the steps found here to navigate through Redfin.com to get to the deal room.
