How to Navigate to the Deal Room

Redfin offers an easy-to-use tool to help track your current home transaction, called the Deal Room. If you are buying, to find this in your account settings on the website, please log into Redfin. You'll know you're logged in when you see your name in the top right corner of every page. Next, hover over your name and click "Offers".

Now, you'll find yourself on the My Redfin: Offers page. On this page, you should see any offers you have with Redfin. Click the red "View Deal Room" button to access the Deal Room and get more information.

How to navigate to the Owner Dashboard

If you are selling with Redfin, make sure you're logged in to the Redfin website. You'll know you're logged in when you see your name in the top right corner of every page. Hover over your name and click "My homes".

This will take you to your Owner Dashboard, where you can track your home's transaction progress.
