Here are some frequently asked questions from Non-Redfin agents that will help you navigate the site.
Is there a login for Agents on Redfin?
We do not offer an agent option- but all Redfin users can create a customer account. A customer account will allow you to view all of the details on Redfin.com, which comes directly from the MLS and Public Records.
How can I edit my active listing?
We pull our data directly from the MLS. Due to MLS compliance rules, we cannot alter any data without written permission from the MLS. The best way to change your listing is to go into the MLS system directly and update the information there. Redfin.com (and all other MLS-powered real estate websites) will automatically update shortly after.
How can I add an Open House?
Redfin receives open house information from the MLS. To include your open house on Redfin, add it to the MLS, and we will display it accordingly. If you notice the open house isn't showing on Redfin, make sure it's set to "public" within your MLS's system. If it still isn't showing up, contact Customer Service with your MLS fact sheet.
How do I fix my HOA amount?
Redfin's default setting for HOA dues is monthly. Unfortunately, if you have your HOA information in other frequencies, it won't be displayed correctly.
I can't find my active listing on Redfin.
If you can't find your listing on the site, it may be because the IDX/Show on the internet field in the MLS is marked as "NO." Make sure this section is marked "YES." If you need assistance checking your IDX settings, contact your MLS.

Why are my images not showing up?
Images can take a little longer to import from the MLS. If you see an error on Redfin, it is good practice to check other MLS-powered websites such as Movoto.com and Estately.com. If we all have the same wrong information, contact your MLS in case of a data delay. If only Redfin has the incorrect data and it has been more than 24 hours, contact Customer Service.

Redfin does not grant either of these fees.
