Is there a login for Agents on Redfin?
We do not offer an agent option- but all Redfin users can create a customer account. A customer account will allow you to view all of the details on Redfin.com, which comes directly from the MLS and Public Records.
How can I edit my active listing?
We pull our data directly from the MLS. Due to MLS compliance rules, we cannot alter any data without written permission from the MLS. The best way to change your listing is to go into the MLS system directly and update the information there. Redfin.com (and all other MLS-powered real estate websites) will automatically update shortly after.
How can I add an Open House?
Redfin receives open house information from the MLS. To include your open house on Redfin, add it to the MLS, and we will display it accordingly. If you notice the open house isn't showing on Redfin, make sure it's set to "public" within your MLS's system. If it still isn't showing up, contact Customer Service with your MLS fact sheet.
How do I fix my HOA amount?
Redfin's default setting for HOA dues is monthly. Unfortunately, if you have your HOA information in other frequencies, it won't be displayed correctly.
I can't find my active listing on Redfin.
If you can't find your listing on the site, it may be because the IDX/Show on the internet field in the MLS is marked as "NO." Make sure this section is marked "YES." If you need assistance checking your IDX settings, contact your MLS.

How do I add an offer deadline to my listing?
You may have received an email from Redfin asking you to add an offer deadline to your listing. This feature is an entirely free Redfin feature that we hope will motivate buyers to tour and or place an offer on your listing.
To add an offer deadline:
- Click the 'Add Offer Deadline' link.
- Fill out the date and time of the offer deadline and confirm your contact information.
- Then click the "Add Offer Deadline" button at the bottom to complete the process.
- Be sure to save the email if you need to make future edits or delete your offer due date.
Want to Remove your Deadline?
- In the original Offer Deadline email, click the "Add Offer Deadline" link.
- Click on either the time or date, this will activate the "Remove deadline" button in the bottom right part of the screen.
- Click 'Remove deadline.'
- If you have deleted the original email, contact Customer Service.

Why isn't my listing's description showing?
The MLS settings might be causing this issue. Be sure to check that the Remarks on IDX are set to "Yes." This setting allows the public to see your remarks (Home Description). If you need assistance checking your IDX settings, contact your MLS.
Why is my for-sale listing showing as Inactive/Not for Sale?
Redfin may not be pulling listings from your MLS—email Customer Support for a list of MLSs we draw from in your area. Redfin does not display commercial listings.
Why are my images not showing up?
Images can take a little longer to import from the MLS. If you see an error on Redfin, it is good practice to check other MLS-powered websites such as Movoto.com and Estately.com. If we all have the same wrong information, contact your MLS in case of a data delay. If only Redfin has the incorrect data and it has been more than 24 hours, contact Customer Service.
How do I update my listings Public Facts?
The information in the 'Public Facts' section is provided by the county or updated by the homeowner before the home was active/for sale. Contact Customer Service with a copy of the correct data from the County Assessor's office, and we will manually correct this section.
How can I add my coming soon listing to Redfin?
Coming Soon listings come directly from the MLS. If you have your listing marked as Coming Soon in the MLS and is not displaying on Redfin, check with your MLS to ensure Redfin is permitted to show Coming Soon listings.
How can I add my 3D/Video tour to Redfin?
Redfin displays Matterport 3D scans and YouTube links on our site. If you have either of these links, you can add them to the virtual media section of your MLS, or you can contact Customer Service, and we can add them for you.
The Days on Redfin do not match the DOM in the MLS. How do I change this?
"Days on Redfin" measures the total number of days since the property was listed under an MLS number. This count includes when the home may not have been active due to being under contract or delisted and re-listed. At this time, we cannot manually readjust the days on Redfin.
Does Redfin grant finder or referral fees?
Redfin does not grant either of these fees.
Why doesn't the bathroom count match the MLS?
Most users and MLSs count three-quarter baths as 1 and a half baths as 0.5. We adopted our new counting logic to be more consistent with industry practices.

You will need to submit your tour request on the MLS via the showing instructions. Customer Support cannot book tours for agents.

These scores can not be manually adjusted. If you need the Flood Risk or Climate Risk removed from your active listing, contact Customer Service.
Can the Redfin Estimate be removed?
If your listing is active and you want the Redfin Estimate removed, you can request this by contacting our support team. If your listing is off-market and you have concerns about the value shown on your home, contact Customer Service.
Where is my contact information located on the listing?
Agent contact information is available under the home's listing description.
The Tax amount displayed in the Mortgage Calculator is lower than the annual amount. Why is that?
The Mortgage Calculator displays the monthly tax amount, not the annual amount. You can find the yearly tax amount in the property details section of the listing.
