Redfin pulls all listing information from the local real estate database. If your agent listed your home on a local MLS, that data should syndicate over to Redfin.
How do I add my FSBO listing to Redfin?
Redfin pulls FSBO listings from two different websites - FSBO.com and Fizber.com. Any listings made on these pages should automatically appear on Redfin approximately 24 hours after being posted.
Why is the description not showing?
On the MLS, make sure that Remarks on IDX are set to “Yes.” This allows the public to see your remarks.
How do I fix an error on my Redfin listing?
If you see an error on Redfin, it is good practice to check other MLS-powered websites such as Movoto.com and Estately.com. If we all have the same wrong information, there may be an issue with your MLS
Why is the address showing as “Undisclosed” on Redfin?
On the MLS, make sure you have the address marked “Address on IDX: Yes”
Why is my listing showing as Inactive/Off-Market?
Redfin may not be pulling listings from your MLS. Email Customer Support for a list of MLSs that we pull from in your area.
Please note, that Redfin does not display commercial properties.
Why are the images for my listing not on Redfin or out of order?
Images can sometimes take a little longer to import from the MLS. Please have patience, they will populate! If it has been more than 24 hours, please email Customer Support.
Where does Redfin source its Public Facts?
The information in the ‘Public Facts’ section is provided by the county or updated by the homeowner before the home was active.
How do I correct/update incorrect Public Facts information?
Please email the Customer Support Team with a copy of the correct data from the County Assessor's office and we will manually correct this section.
