Want updates on homes around your area? Are you curious about market values or when it may be a good time to sell? Sign up for a Home Report.
The Home Report includes statistics and trends about your home and others in the area. We keep you up to date on the Redfin estimate and cue you in on recent home sales.
If you want to sign up for a Home Report, go to the website and enter the address of the desired home into the search bar. A link to your home should pull up, taking you to the property page.
Scroll down the page till you see the 'Is This Your Home?' section. Click the button that says 'Claim home' to receive monthly Home Reports!
Once you claim a home, it will live on My homes.
There you can see real-time information regarding your home’s statistics.
Own another home? You can add more homes directly on your Owner Dashboard by clicking the "more tools" option:
If you need to remove a home from your Owner Dashboard, click the "more tools" option and select "unclaim this home". When you remove a home from your account, you will no longer receive a Home Report email.
