Redfin offers home information based on the local real estate database (MLS) and Public Records. To see all of the details, you'll need to create an account, by clicking Join in the top right-hand corner. When you start an account, you will be asked to sign in and agree to the Terms and Conditions. This is because Redfin displays MLS data and MLS regulations require users to register with a brokerage before they give some information. With that said, registering with us in no way obligates you to use a Redfin Agent but does give you access to the home information on our website and app.
If you choose not to create a Redfin account and are not logged in with an account, you will not have access to all of the listing information available through the MLS. If you stumble onto a listing that does not permit full access without an account, you will see a Key Icon at the top of the page and a message asking you if you would like to join Redfin.com.
