What does it mean to x-out a home?
X-outs allow you to keep track of homes you’ve viewed and are no longer interested in.
How do you x-out a home on the website?
If you’re looking to x-out a home, there are a few places you can do this on the website.
The first place is on the table view, you’ll see an x-out icon for each home. Clicking on the ‘X’ will mark the home so you know this is one that doesn’t meet your search criteria.
Second place, you can also x-out a home on the top right-hand of the property page.
How do you x-out a home on the app?
You’ll find this button below the Home facts section when tapping on an active listing.
What homes are eligible to be x-out?
All status types of homes are eligible to be x-out. However, the x-out button will not be available to off-market homes on the app or the top right-hand corner of the property page when using the site.

Can an off-market home be x-out?
An off-market listing you will not find this x-out button.If you’d like to remove an off-market listing from your favorites section, just re-click the heart icon so it is no longer red.
How do you know you recently viewed the home?
When you click on a home or have x-out a home on the app or the website, these homes will not be removed from the map page but will appear as a dimmed light green icon on the map.
