Please know that we are not a property management company nor do we have additional details about the home, including the owner's name and contact, other than what is displayed on our website or app. However, we can help you buy or sell a home.
Redfin pulls data from Public Records and the MLS and shows both active and sold homes for comparable purposes. If you search for an address on one of the many search engines out there like Google, Redfin will pop up because we display property data across the country.
Just because a home is on our website, doesn’t necessarily mean we’re handling the listing. You can tell which homes are Redfin listings from the red "Listed by Redfin" banner on the first photo of the listing.
If the home that you are searching for online shows up like the property below, please know that this home is not for sale and that we’re showing public records information or old MLS data. You can tell by looking at the status directly below the address and if the status says Sold, this means that home is not for sale. Also, look out for the color of the banner, directly to the upper left of the address. Any homes that have a blue banner indicate they are off-market.
If you are trying to find the name of the homeowner or someone that manages the property, we recommend calling the local county assessor or going to the county assessor’s website. Rentals can be found by visiting www.redfin.com/rentals or the Rent Group Network.
