1. Where is the agent login on Redfin?
Because Redfin is a brokerage website, we do not offer an agent option, only a basic user account. This will allow you to view all of the details on Redfin.com, which comes directly from the MLS and Public Records.
2. How do agents get a profile on Redfin?
We offer our Partner Program, where we partner with local Agents to provide leads.
3. How can I adjust my active listing?
Because Redfin pulls directly from the MLS, our site does not have the option to edit information directly, because we are a brokerage, we have an agreement to show the data on the MLS, as it stands at the source. If listing information has been removed from the MLS, but is still showing on Redfin, please email us at and we'll look into this further The best way to update a listing is to go into the MLS system directly and update the information there. Redfin.com will automatically update shortly thereafter.
4. How can I add an Open House?
Open house information comes directly from the MLS. To include this on your listing on Redfin, just add your open house to the MLS and Redfin will display it. Make sure your Open House is marked as ‘Public’ on the MLS. If it is not showing on Redfin, it does hurt to double-check your MLS listing to make sure the open house is set for Public view, and that the open house is showing on other brokerage sites.
5. The HOA amount is not showing the way I entered it in the MLS. How do I update this?
Redfin's default setting for HOA dues is monthly. If you have your HOA information for other frequencies, please update the information to show monthly, and Redfin will reflect this change from there.
6. I can't find my active listing on Redfin
If you are not able to find your home on the map page, it could be because the home’s address may be undisclosed. To update this, make sure the IDX is set to display: Yes.
Some MLSs may ask if it can be displayed to the internet, it must be set to YES for the
home is show on Redfin. Need a hand making sure your IDX settings are correct. Feel
