Favorite Homes

Do you want to track the homes that you see on Redfin? Hitting the favorite button is a best way to be updated when changes to the home happen! Your “My Redfin” account is a great way to keep track of homes that you're interested in. You can even subscribe to listing updates in Alerts & Emails so you get an email when the price changes or an open house is scheduled for your favorite home. You can add all the favorites you want. There is no limit! 

 

When you find a home that you are interested in tracking, you can add that home to your favorites in two different ways:

  • Option 1: Select the home on the map and then click the heart to Add to Favorites.

 

  • Option 2: At the top of any home details page, click the heart button to Favorite.

Once you have added a home to your favorites, it is stored in your My Redfin account under Favorites & X-Outs.

Using the Favorites

On this page you can do the following:

  • Schedule a tour of the home with a Redfin agent

  • Draft an offer

  • Get driving directions to the home

  • Email your favorites to a friend

  • Download your favorites to a spreadsheet program

  • View the full home details

  • Removing the home from your favorites

    I first saw this property online  45 Versailles ct,i just automatically fell in luv with it. but I ee it went from 185000, to 165000,WHY? I am very interested in this property.but everyone including congressman chris smith told me it wasn't worth it  maybe if the price came down some, I am sick and tifred of hearing yu can't afford it, I want it and that's all that matters.i know I can get a loan from the government for the down payment I can afford it!!!!!!.I also have a relative that's interested in helping me can't use his name why is everybody so against me getting this property??????????? 45 Versailles ct Hamilton nj 086119can you help me with these questions

    Hi, thanks for the explanation about favorites. 

    Your screenshot shows icons for "Download" next to "Map Homes." 

    When I look at my favorites list, it only show "Map Homes."  Is there another step to show the "downloads" icon?

    I didn't realize the download feature was something that required my vote.  If so, my vote is to return this feature ASAP.  Redfin is only an average site without it.  Thanks!

    How can I save my favorites to different favorite lists?  We aren't sure where we want to buy yet and we want to group our favorites by county or even Eastern WA vs OR vs other areas.  I cannot figure out how to save them and them all being lumped together isn't very feasible.  Please help and get us a way to group them into different favorite buckets.  Thanks!

    Hi,

    I am finding homes added to my favorite list that I have no recollection of viewing. Some of the listing have only been on Redfin a few hours, and I haven't checked the site in days. I am assuming Redfin is adding favorites based on some algorithm? Please stop this behavior as it completely ruins the utility of 'favorites' (ie listings I've reviewed and want to follow). If Redfin wants to recommend listings then create a new tool, "recommended for you." Oh wait Redfin already has that. Please fix.

    Thanks for letting us know! This is not a normal function of the Favorites feature. We do not add homes on your behalf. Could you send an example of this happening to Customer-Service@redfin.com? I would love to investigate this further.
