Cache and Cookies

Your Internet browser stores information about most websites you visit in files referred to as cookies. It also stores images, sounds, videos and web pages that you have visited in a local hard drive folder called a cache. The stored information enables sites to determine how many times you have visited their site or they store your login information so you do not always have to enter your username. Even though this can help you browse the internet faster, sometimes it is possible for cookies and cache to become corrupt or stored incorrectly, which is why we recommend occasionally clearing them.

Below are links to your browser’s support sites with instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies!
